Honestly, there's no real way of telling you wether you are or not.. I could however provide assistance, in finding out for yourself.

Though as a personal view, I don't believe you are, Scott.

Here's the deal mate.. Are you using it to cover up for any kind of mental pattern which you fail to follow through at? Are you using it to cover up anger? Are you using it to cover up any kind of sign, that leads to depression?

If you answered yes, to any of these, then there's a 10% chance.
But, that quickly spreads to a 70 - 80% chance, given an increase in drinking habbit.

Now to break down to where I feel you are right now. You have it at home, but, you don't want to drink whats at home, you want to drink what's at the club or what have you, that's great. You said you're having a ball there, my answer for you man..

You're not turning into a drunk, you're just living a little more, than you would have, normally.

You're not a drunk, just lonely. Perhaps it's time to consider bringing some of that attention home with you, to even out the balance, and the strength in your pockets, if you catch my drift mate.

Anyway, Good luck with this, Scott, and if you 'are' becoming a drunk, remember you have the ability to change that, and it all starts by dumping and limiting.
